Manufacturing Process
Our Solar Module Manufacturing Process
At Istuti Solar Solutions, we follow a meticulous and fully streamlined production process to ensure the highest quality and performance of every solar module we produce.
Step-by-Step Manufacturing Process:
-
Stringing
Interconnection of solar cells using precision stringing machines. -
Auto Layup
Automated placement of strings onto the glass surface for perfect alignment. -
Bussing
Connecting strings to form the electrical circuit within the module. -
EVA & Backsheet Placement
Encapsulating the cells with EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) and protective backsheet layers. -
Pre-Lamination Visual Inspection
Thorough check for any misalignment or defects before lamination. -
Lamination
Heat and vacuum process to seal all layers together into a single unit. -
Trimming
Removing excess material for a clean, finished edge. -
Post-Lamination Visual Inspection
Ensuring the laminated module is free from air bubbles, shifting, or other defects. -
Framing
Aluminum frames are added for structural support and easy installation. -
Curing
Modules are cured to stabilize and strengthen the lamination bond. -
IR / GCW / GND Testing
Electrical safety and insulation resistance tests to ensure module integrity. -
Sun Simulation (Flash Testing)
Testing module performance under standard simulated sunlight conditions. -
Final Electroluminescence (EL) Inspection
High-resolution imaging to detect micro-cracks or hidden cell issues. -
Sorting
Modules are categorized based on output performance. -
Packing
Carefully packed for safe storage and transportation.
This systematic process ensures every Istuti Solar module meets the highest international standards for quality, performance, and durability.
