Our Solar Module Manufacturing Process

At Istuti Solar Solutions, we follow a meticulous and fully streamlined production process to ensure the highest quality and performance of every solar module we produce.

Step-by-Step Manufacturing Process:

  1. Stringing
Interconnection of solar cells using precision stringing machines.

  2. Auto Layup
Automated placement of strings onto the glass surface for perfect alignment.

  3. Bussing
Connecting strings to form the electrical circuit within the module.

  4. EVA & Backsheet Placement
Encapsulating the cells with EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) and protective backsheet layers.

  5. Pre-Lamination Visual Inspection
Thorough check for any misalignment or defects before lamination.

  6. Lamination
Heat and vacuum process to seal all layers together into a single unit.

  7. Trimming
Removing excess material for a clean, finished edge.

  8. Post-Lamination Visual Inspection
Ensuring the laminated module is free from air bubbles, shifting, or other defects.

  9. Framing
Aluminum frames are added for structural support and easy installation.

  10. Curing
Modules are cured to stabilize and strengthen the lamination bond.

  11. IR / GCW / GND Testing
Electrical safety and insulation resistance tests to ensure module integrity.

  12. Sun Simulation (Flash Testing)
Testing module performance under standard simulated sunlight conditions.

  13. Final Electroluminescence (EL) Inspection
High-resolution imaging to detect micro-cracks or hidden cell issues.

  14. Sorting
Modules are categorized based on output performance.

  15. Packing
Carefully packed for safe storage and transportation.

This systematic process ensures every Istuti Solar module meets the highest international standards for quality, performance, and durability.
